Experience
Coach Williams believes that coaching soccer is a lifelong
commitment. If you continue to improve yourself as a coach and
to create an environment that is conducive to learning through
the expectation of excellence, it will result in overall player
and team development.
As Jaguars’ Director of Coaching, he insures that the Club’s
goals are centered on the idea of self improvement through the
development of leadership skills and character. Soccer is the
means to this end as players are taught confidence through
mastery of technical applications and unity through tactical
understanding and team development.
Moses Williams received his Division 1 playing experience at
Alabama A&M University and Division 1 coaching experience at
Jacksonville University. As a youth he played for North Florida
Subway (92-94), Jacksonville Jaguars Soccer Club (England Tour
91) and Jacksonville Youth Soccer Club. He attended high school
at Sandalwood Sr. High School where he was a four year starter
and received all-conference honors three of the four years he
attended.
Moses currently serves as the Director of Coaching at the
Jaguars Soccer Club and Head Coach at Terry Parker High School.
He enjoys utilizing his Masters in Leadership to help develop
strong teams and confident players. Moses is a committed teacher
and coach. He is a servant of the community and club and works
hard implementing “best practices” that help propel our area to
the top of youth soccer while working towards what is for “the
good of the game.”
